Frequently Asked Questions
How does the registration process work?
Because NAViGATE is hosted within TechXchange, registration happens in two steps. First, complete your registration and payment through COMMON. Then, within 2–5 business days, IBM will send you an email with instructions to finalize your TechXchange registration.
I already registered directly with IBM. Do I still get access to NAViGATE?
Yes. Registering through IBM gives you access to both TechXchange and NAViGATE. However, registering through COMMON provides access at a reduced rate.
When does the Super Early Bird promotion end?
Super Early Bird pricing ends July 12.
Is there a discount for staying at the selected hotels?
Hotel reservations and pricing are managed directly through IBM as part of the TechXchange registration process. Hotel selection does not affect NAViGATE pricing through COMMON.
How do I book a hotel and set preferences like dietary restrictions?
Hotel booking, dietary preferences, and other event accommodations are handled during the IBM registration process. To preview available hotel options and pricing, you can view the suggested hotel list here.
