Voting Has Begun for Next Year's Slate!

The final Slate of candidates for the 2025 Board Elections will be presented for voting to the membership April 21 through May 21. The winners will be announced at the Meeting of the Members (MoM) during POWERUp 2025 on May 22, 2025.

President
Peg Tuttle

Peg Tuttle is an IBM Champion and the Strategic Account Executive at Lightedge, proudly representing the great state of Iowa. She currently serves as President on the COMMON Board of Directors. As a passionate advocate for the IBM i community, Peg hosts The Incredible i Show—now in its eighth season—as well as the podcast TechChannel’s PowerTalk with Peg Tuttle, where she highlights innovation, leadership, and technology trends within the ecosystem. With over 35 years of industry experience, Peg has deep expertise in hybrid cloud strategies, operations, security, disaster recovery, high availability, and change management, empowering clients to modernize with confidence.

Executive Vice President:
Marina Schwenk

Marina started her career in January 2015 at Everbrite LLC in Greenfield, WI after graduating from Gateway Technical College in May of 2014 with an Associate’s degree in IT Software Development. Marina works as a developer in both RPG and Java and she also is one of two IBM i admins at Everbrite. Marina earned her Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems Software Development from Bellevue University in June of 2017. Marina is currently the President for the Wisconsin Midrange Computer Professional Association (WMCPA) users group, a member of COMMON’S Young i Professionals (Yips) committee, a member of COMMON America Advisory Council (CAAC), a private tutor in English and Programming for students at an associates or bachelor’s degree level, a public speaker on topics ranging from RPG, SQL standards and unit testing, and was named a IBM fresh face for 2019.

Treasurer
Manas Mishra

With nearly two decades of dynamic experience in Information Technology domain, Manas has consistently demonstrated his prowess in delivering innovative solutions tailored to meet the diverse needs of global businesses. Currently serving as the Senior IT Manager at Ashley Furniture, a prominent member of COMMON and the world’s largest furniture manufacturer, Manas brings a wealth of expertise garnered across various industries including Retail, Manufacturing, Medical Devices, Life Sciences, and Healthcare.

Throughout his career, Manas has been a driving force behind operational excellence, continuously striving for process enhancements and fostering strong collaborative partnerships across multifaceted teams. As a seasoned leader in IBM i management, he has adeptly navigated through local, remote, and cross-cultural environments, effectively maximizing productivity levels and ensuring seamless project execution.

Craig Skonieczny

Technologist, business leader and master gardener candidate. I believe innovation starts with insane curiosity, passion for lifelong learning, and relentless focus on what’s next. I am proud to lead several innovative companies in the IBM universe that have been changing the way the world works for our clients for nearly 50 years. I am excited to extend this passion to the COMMON community as we all seek to drive the future of digital transformation with advanced technology, industry expertise and trust.

Immediate Past President
Floyd DelMuro

Floyd Del Muro is currently retired but continues to serve the COMMON Community. With extensive experience in guiding companies from the planning stages to the delivery of strategic legacy modernization and refactoring projects, Floyd is a recognized expert in hybrid application development and hybrid cloud solutions. His knowledge and insights make him a trusted advisor in DevOps, software delivery methods, and tooling. A sought-after global speaker, Floyd frequently addresses topics such as DevOps, Version Control, Continuous Integration, Release Management, Modernization, and Hybrid Cloud. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, earned in 1981.

Term: Re-Elected Spring 2023; term ends 2026.

Director
Reggie Britt

Reggie Britt is a technology executive and IBM i practitioner who has worked on both sides of the fence — as a serial entrepreneur, IBM Business Partner, and IBM i
software developer since the platform’s inception, and for the last decade as a practitioner inside one of the nation’s largest organizations running it in production. He currently serves as CTO at American First Finance, a $1B lease-to-own subsidiary of  First Cash ($7.5B), the leading pawn and fintech operator across the US, Latin America, and the UK. AFF is one of fewer than 80 companies worldwide that hold membership in the IBM i Large User Group (LUG) — an exclusive community of enterprises with the most significant investments in the platform.

That dual vantage point — builder and operator, vendor and customer — shapes how he thinks about AI adoption, organizational transformation, and what it actually takes to lead an IBM i organization through the human-to-agentic shift. He is the author of Signal4i.ai and a featured speaker at PowerUp 2026, where he will present on agentic AI and organizational readiness for the IBM i community.

He is based in Dallas, Texas.

Director
Karl Haggart

Karl Haggart serves as a Distinguished Engineer at OneMain Financial, leading modernization efforts on financial service applications. He has spent his 30-year career in the midrange ecosystem and is an active participant in the IBM i community, starting with Partners In Development and on into COMMON. Karl has served in various volunteer roles over the years and is currently both a member of the COMMON Americas Advisory Council and a member of the Application Innovation work group at LUG.

Throughout his career, Karl has been a vocal proponent for the IBM i in multiple organizations, working predominantly in the application development space with both RPG and COBOL and a variety of Open-Source technologies.

Justin Loeber

Justin Loeber is the owner and CEO of Kisco Systems, a developer of IBM i security and compliance software. Kisco’s mission is to secure every IBM i by helping educate the IBM i community about security, continuously improving its products and delivering the best value in the market. Justin has been around the IBM midrange world since his father founded Kisco Systems in 1984. After a career in web applications and IT leadership, including several CIO roles, Justin joined Kisco in 2021 to refocus the company exclusively on IBM i security.

Director
Brian May

Brian May is the Global Customer Lifecycle Principal at Profound Logic Software.  In his 24-year career, he has experience as a developer, project manager, solutions architect, and head of product management.  Outside of his day job, Brian has a long history of contributing to COMMON and the IBM i community.  At COMMON, he has served in various volunteer roles including COMMON Americas Advisory Council, Community and Networking Manager, Subject Matter Expert, Nominating Committee, and was one of the founders of the Young i Professionals (predecessor to N2i).  Brian currently serves as President of the COMMON Education Foundation.  Brian loves to share his knowledge of IBM i, software development, application modernization, open-source development, and professional development.  He has authored numerous articles and an e-book, coauthored the IBM i modernization Redbook,  is an award-winning speaker, and was honored as one of the first IBM champions for Power.

Executive Director 
Manzoor Siddiqui

Manzoor Siddiqui has been with COMMON since 2006, having served in the role of Marketing Communications Manager, where he led all marketing and sales initiatives for the organization. He has over 20 years of multi-disciplinary business, marketing, and IT experience across a broad range of industries, including Associations, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, and Insurance organizations. He has served as a subject matter expert on several panels through Association Forum and LFGSM. Manzoor holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from National-Louis University, and an MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, where his focus was on Marketing and International Business Management.

Todd Stewart

Todd Stewart has worked in IBM midrange computing since 1989, developing applications from the System/34 to IBM i on Power. He has held roles including Developer, Analyst, Project Lead, Solutions Delivery Manager, and Application Development Director in the retail, bonding/insurance, and Agriculture industries. Currently, Todd serves as Application Architect for Heartland Cooperative, Iowa’s second largest agriculture co-op, and the 9th largest grain trading company in the US. He is a 2026 IBM Champion, a member of the COMMON Americas Advisory Council and holds a DevOps Foundation Certification from the DevOps Institute. He has contributed to the WatsonX Code Assistant/IBM Project Bob IDE and is a contributing author of the new IBM Redbook on application modernization. Outside work, Todd is a Chaplain for first responders and was previously a firefighter in Federal Way, WA.

IBM Liaison
Brandon Pederson

Brandon Pederson is the Product Marketing Manager for IBM i and Power, including Banking and Industry Modernization. Prior to this role, Brandon was the Content Marketing Manager for IBM WebSphere and Worldwide Content and Community Manager for IBM Power. He has an MBA from Baylor University. Brandon is from and lives in Austin, Texas and is an Austin FC season ticket holder.
