2007 IT Executive ConferenceThe sixth annual COMMON IT Executive Conference will be held in Anaheim, California, from Sunday, April 29 through Tuesday, May 1, 2007 exclusively for high-level IT decision-makers. Registration for the 2007 IT Executive Conference also includes full registration and access to sessions, events and Expo at the five-day COMMON Annual Conference and Expo, April 29 - May 3. You can also book your hotel online here. Guest/Spouse Program: Guests of attendees are welcome at COMMON conferences, and must be registered as a “Guest” of a fully paid attendee. Guest registration is available for $125 and allows access to COMMON’s Annual Conference and Expo Guest Program sessions and breakfasts, Expo Hall, Opening Session and iSocial evening events throughout the week, including the iSocial Main Event on Thursday evening, and the COMMON Expo. Registered Guests must be 12 years of age or older. You may review COMMON’s Guest Policy here. As an IT Executive Conference Attendee, your guest or spouse has the opportunity to attend additional, optional events and special ITEC dinners, however, they are at a separate cost. (COMMON’s Annual Conference Guest Program includes only those activities listed above.) Your guest or spouse may certainly participate in the Sunday Golf or Spa outings and/or the Monday evening IT Executive Networking Dinner, but we ask that you sign them up with us in advance. For your preliminary information, additional costs for the optional Guest/Spouse activities are: Spa or Golf - $150, Rental clubs are $65; Monday evening dinner - $70.00 inclusive. Upon receipt of your registration, we will send you a Conference Activity Reservation Form to request your (and your guest/spouse, if applicable) activities of interest. Please return the completed form with appropriate payment as soon as possible so arrangements can be made and preferred times reserved. Substitutions and Cancellations: If you cannot attend the IT Executive Conference, you may substitute another person from your company who is on a comparable level as other IT Executive Conference participants, i.e. a VP, Director, CIO, IT Director or similar, and who is a member of COMMON. Cancellation and substitution requests must be made in writing on company letterhead. A processing fee of $100 will be charged for all substitutions and cancellations. Requests for substitutions and cancellations will be accepted until Friday, April 20, 2007. Cancellations received after April 20, 2007 are non-refundable, however, a full credit can (upon request) be extended towards registration for COMMON’s 2008 IT Executive Conference in Nashville, Tennessee. Please note: COMMON does not cancel hotel reservations. Conference attendees are responsible for canceling their own reservations. Policy and procedures for substitutions or cancellations are also fully outlined on the IT Executive Conference Registration Form. |
