Next Reset your password
click the forgot password link
When entering your email please use the original email you used to sign up for your COMMON account
You should see this notification after pressing the button
You should receive an email like this with your username and a link to set your password
Set up your new password, we suggest making a secure password, at least one number, and a symbol
Next Login with your username and new password! You should be taken to your member profile
This one is blank but yours should be filled in with your member information, this is the perfect time to update it if any of the information is outdated
To get back to the COMMON homepage click our Logo in the top left corner!
