*Membership with COMMON saves you $100 on registration. Members also receive 14-day access to session recordings after the conference, through October 2, 2020. Non-members receive access to session recordings for 7 days after conference, through September 25, 2020.

Group Registration
Group registration is available for four or more individuals from the same Corporate Member company registering at the same time. Rate shown is per person. Online registration is not available for group registration; registration by phone is required. Call us at 800-777-6734.





You Already Registered for In-Person POWERUp... What Now?


What happens with my conference registration?

As a courtesy, your original conference registration for POWERUp in Tampa will be transferred to the Virtual POWERUp. The pricing will be based on the same membership category you selected for your in-person conference registration. Options on how you can apply your remaining balance will be emailed to you.


I booked a room for Tampa, do I need to cancel?

No. You should have received a cancellation email from the hotel directly. Please be aware that when you booked your room with your credit card, you were only securing the reservation, and no payment has been processed for your hotel room.

Important Policy and Consent Information

Virtual Meeting Code of Conduct: As a Virtual POWERUp 2020 participant, you are agreeing to adhere to the Virtual Meeting Code of Conduct. Please reference the link below to review the agreement.

Virtual Meeting Code of Conduct

You will acknowledge receipt, review and acceptance via the online registration form. Any violation of the Virtual Code of Conduct will result in revoking of your virtual meeting access with no refund. We thank you for respecting your colleagues, peers and clients.

Payment Information: Payment in full by credit card or check is required before access to the virtual platform can be issued. Credit card payments will be posted to your account upon receipt of your registration. If you need to pay by check, please email common_registration@common.org and you will be provided mailing instructions. When asking to pay by check, please allow 5+ business days for COMMON to receive and process your check payment. A single check may be used for more than one registrant.

Cancellation and Refund Policy: Due to the nature of the virtual format for the POWERUp 2020, refunds are not permitted. All purchases are final.

Substitution Policy: Registrants may select a substitute in their place upon prior notification to COMMON. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution. Substitutions will not be allowed if any sessions have been viewed.

Program Changes: COMMON makes every effort to ensure that the program schedule, events, and prices remain as published. However, since unforeseen changes may occur, we reserve the right to make changes. Please refer to the virtual POWERUp 2020 program schedule page for the most up to date schedule.

Media and Consent Disclaimer: COMMON will photograph or record conference events. By registering for the virtual conference, you grant COMMON permission to record, photograph, use and distribute (both now and in the future) your image, name, voice, and typed comments in all forms and all media pertaining to this virtual conference. Your virtual registration may include technology that monitors your activities throughout the meeting, such as session attendance and virtual booths visited.

Information Sharing: By registering for this event, your contact information will be shared with all Virtual POWERUp 2020 exhibitors.
