N2i is on a mission to help new IBM i professionals navigate their way through learning and optimizing the platform. By providing advocacy, community, and education during their formative years, N2i hopes to support the IBM i community, build skills and confidence, and fuel fresh careers.
The N2i Mentorship Program is another benefit offered to those who are just starting out in their IBM i careers. The goal is to connect those who are “N2i” with seasoned, industry experts to provide guidance and expertise as you navigate your new role.
If you are interested, start with filling out the application, and let us know a little bit about yourself, your job, and your goals. N2i will attempt to match you with one of our volunteer mentors, and connect the both of you to start your mentorship journey. You and your mentor can engage with each other as needed, build your networking contacts, and help define a path forward. N2i will request periodic feedback from mentors and mentees to ensure the program is working for you, or if anything needs to changed.
