My name is Nicholas Brueggeman. I live in Racine, Wisconsin and I hold a degree in software development with a specialization in IBM I. I am familiar with RPG/IV ILE, C#, CL, Java, JavaScript, Python, HTML, CSS, PHP and SQL. I am able to complete complicated projects independently with autonomy. I have experience in software and hardware troubleshooting as well as board level SMD repair. I am a solution oriented problem solver with a well developed base of relevant knowledge and experience.

I currently work for Mercy Health (part of Trinity-Health) as a Systems Analyst as patient care and the health industry are both passions of mine. Scott Hetchler

Scott Hetchler is an IT Help Desk Intern at Snap-on, where Scott assists Employees/Franchisees with technical support for their software/hardware. Scott will graduate in August with an Associate's Degree in IT Software Development. Since working at Snap-on, Scott has built his communication skills with clients and has strengthened his teamwork abilities. Scott has learned to effectively use his research skills and resources to problem solve and fix any issues his clients may have. Scott has also received his Dell Certification for Self Dispatch. Scott is a family man, a dog-lover, and loves to grill out.
