FAQ
Do I need to be a member to get the Super Early Bird rate?
Yes. The Super Early Bird rate is for 2027 COMMON members. Renew or join now to lock it in.
If your membership isn’t active for 2027 by January, you’ll be charged the difference between the member and non-member rates.
How do I get the hotel discount?
Book your room through our Passkey hotel block, then enter your confirmation code during registration to save $400.
What's the cancellation and refund policy? Can I transfer my registration to a colleague?
Cancel by emailing support@common.org on or before March 29 to request a full refund. After March 29 you may transfer your registration to a colleague or apply for a future registration credit.
Are there group or multi-attendee discounts?
Groups of four or more registrants from the same company qualify for a group registration of $1685 per person. Email support@common.org to begin a group registration.
Can I register for a single day?
Single day tickets will go on sale from January 1, 2027.
Will meals be provided?
Yes. Some meals will be included, and coffee breaks run throughout the conference. Breakfast is on your own each morning.
