Thank you for exhibiting at the COMMON 2017 Fall Conference & Expo. Use this form to register your booth representatives. All exhibiting companies receive (2) exhibitor badges per tabletop booth. Extra exhibitor badges can be purchased for $300 by contacting COMMON at 1.800.777.6734.

Each exhibitor badge must be picked up on-site, BY THE BOOTH REPRESENTATIVE ONLY, at the COMMON Registration desk located at the Hyatt Regency St. Louis at the Arch. Proper personal identification and a business card with company logo is required for pick up. Note: Badges will not be distributed in bulk to one individual.

Please note that a minimum of two booth representatives from each exhibiting company must stay in the COMMON housing block for a minimum of two nights each. Otherwise your company will be charged $100 per company representative who chooses to stay in a non-conference hotel. This information will be verified using the Hotel Confirmation Code requested on this form. Make hotel reservations.
