Tactical Liaisons to Curriculum (TLCs) are responsible for coordinating, monitoring and assisting to resolve onsite tactical issues related to presentation of sessions.
Reports to:
Reports to the Strategic Education Team TLC Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
Attend on-site Sunday meetings/events
Attend the Lab Monitor/TLC Orientation meeting on Sunday of the Annual Meeting.
Assist with First Timers sessions on Sunday of the Annual Meeting.
Assist with Opening session on Sunday of the Annual Meeting.
Monitor pre-conference workshops on Sunday of Annual Meeting. (Take attendance, assist the speaker as needed, troubleshoot any issues.)
Monitor assigned session rooms on assigned days (typically a half day shift Monday through Thursday).
Interface with conference attendees, speakers and lab monitors to identify and resolve tactical issues, included but not limited to requesting more handouts or evaluation forms, working with the speaker and Education Office to schedule a repeat session, and assisting with lab check-in.
Prepare onsite reports to the Strategic Education Team as required.
Recommended Qualifications:
Demonstrated management and problem-solving skills.
Strong people and customer service skills.
Expertise in the COMMON organization.
Education:
No formal or specific education is required.
Commitment:
Commitment to a minimum of one (1) year term.
Must reapply each year.
Attendance at Sunday training session.
Minimum of 16 - 18 hours.
