If you are interested in volunteering... here are some simple steps to follow on-site:

1. Go to the Message Board located in the Registration area and browse the Open Position postings. Ask for a copy of the position description for areas of interest.
2. Complete the "COMMON Volunteer Application" form and return it to onsite COMMON Headquarters. You can indicate your interest in a specific opening or just provide some background on yourself and what you might want to do…the Headquarters staff will assist you or connect you with someone who will help you to match your skills and talents.
3. Your application will be submitted to the volunteer leader responsible for the area of which you are applying. The volunteer will then contact you to schedule a time to discuss the opportunity and conduct the interview for the position.
4. Once all of the applicants have been interviewed for the open position, the volunteer leader will make a decision. You will be notified of the results.
