NOTE: As mentioned in your email, in Orlando COMMON will NOT print paper handouts for standard sessions and traditional labs. Paper handouts will only be available for open labs and pre conference workshops. The print deadline to upload files for open labs and workshops is Friday, April 2, 2010. There is no specific deadline to upload files for standard sessions and traditional labs, which are not printed and appear on the Online Session Guide only. But we would appreciate if you upload as close to April 2 as possible, as attendees like to review PDFs before the sessions.
