The Volunteer Excellence Committee is a group of volunteers that work on behalf of
COMMON volunteers, including speakers. The Volunteer
Excellence mission is to recruit, motivate, recognize,
and retain volunteers at every level of the organization
while keeping our volunteer infrastructure energized and
invigorated. Volunteer Excellence achieves this through
many programs such as the Speaker Excellence Awards, volunteer evaluations, speaker
assistants, and policy oversight.
The members of the Volunteer Excellence Committee have devoted their time and talents
