He
began
working

midrange
equipment
with
the

34
and
S/
36
in
1984
and
the
AS/
400
with
it's
introduction
in
1988.
Larry
currently
holds
more
than
30
IBM
AS/
400
and
iSeries
Certifications,
including
IBM
Certified
Systems
Expert
in
LPAR,
Linux,
Windows
Integration,
and
Technical
Solutions..
Larry
brings
his
extensive
OS/
400
and
Cisco
connectivity
knowledge
to
his
networking,
LPAR
and
now
Linux
sessions.
having
been
implementing
local
and
wide
area
networks
since
the
early
1980s.
In
the
last
few
years
Larry
has
added
Linux
to
his
skill
set,
implementing
RedHat
and
Suse
solutions
on
both
Intel
and
iSeries
platforms.
Larry
also
works
on
routers,
firewalls,
and
VPNs.
He
is
a
partner
with
Arbor
Solutions,
Inc.
an
IBM
business
partner
in
Grand
Rapids,
MI.
