Roadmap: i5/OS TCP/IP Programming and Networking 
Educational Goal
The attendee will understand the basic elements that an iSeries user, programmer, system operator, or administrator needs as a foundation for further education. This foundation will make it easier for iSeries programmers to grasp the materials in other courses and iSeries documentation.

Business Objective
Attendees will be introduced to the iSeries basic TCP/ IP implementation used for either intra-company or inter-company communications. Understanding these concepts will enable the attendee to become productive using iSeries and TCP/ IP quickly, and to communicate more effectively with experienced users.
