The default settings on i5/ OS are good enough for a lot of companies. But if you need to harden your OS beyond the factory defaults, this session will provide you with a series of steps you can undertake to ratchet up your environment and reduce the risk of exposure.

This session will cover configuration areas such as:
System Values, Network Settings, Library and Directory Settings, User Profiles, and more.

By the end of this session, attendees will be able to:
1. Recognize i5/ OS settings that could be hardened.
2. Understand the risks and benefits of these changes.
3. Create a plan to harden their environment
