When you connect to your i5/ OS system through iSeries Access for Web you are presented with a default home page that enables you to work with your system resources, such as 5250 applications, printers, database, file system, and more. But as an administrator of your i5/ OS system, you may not want many of your connecting users to have access to all of these
functions, so change it using the customization tools provided by iSeries Access for Web. Since all access is based on i5/ OS user profiles, you can create a variety of different-looking front pages and insert your own company logos/ banners for your different types of users. This session will show step-by-step how to build a web page using iSeries Access for Web.
