technology

(BI),

and

Relationship
Management
(CRM)

how

reduce
project
risk,
apply
widely
accepted
data
warehousing
methodology,
assess
whether
or
not
data
mining
is
right
for
their
organization,
and
plan
a
CRM
project.
Business Objective
On
completion,
the
attendee
will
be
able
to
use
common
data
warehousing
and
CRM
terminology
correctly,
evaluate
alternative
BI/
CRM
solutions
and
database
architectures,
and
help
their
organization
avoid
making
the
most
common
mistakes
associated
with
BI/
CRM
implementation.
