Organizational
Leadership,
an
organizational
consulting
firm
that
specializes
in
strategic
planning,
organizational
development,
and
executive
coaching.
Since
1993
IOL
has
provided
education
and
training
for
businesses,
educational
institutions,
and
service
groups
in
the
US,
Mexico,
the
Bahamas,
South
Korea,
and
Puerto
Rico.
Lynette
also
serves
as
the
director
of
administration
for
IOL
and
has
a
strong
background
in
HR
facilitation
and
management.
With
a
degree
in
administration,
Lynette
is
often
called
upon
to
provide
insight
to
the
IOL
client
base
regarding
hiring
and
staff
development
issues.
Along
with
her
husband,
Dr.
Jim
Chambers,
Lynette
has
a
passion
for
assisting
their
clients
in
achieving
organizational
excellence
in
every
aspect
of
their
work.
Lynette
is
the
proud
mother
of
one
son
and
one
daughter,
and
is
the
proud
Grandmother
of
her
daughter's
little
boy,
Montana.
Her
hobbies
include
cooking,
writing,
hiking,
bird
watching
and
having
friends
and
family
into
her
home
for
special,
or
not
so
special
occasions!
