Jim
Chambers
is
Founder/
CEO
of
The
Institute
for
Organizational
Leadership
(IOL),
an
educational
consulting
firm
that
specializes
in
strategic
planning,
organizational
development,
executive
leadership,
and
information
management.
Dr.
Chambers
and
his
team
at
IOL
are
committed
to
developing
leadership
and
organizational
resources
to
improve
individual
organizational
effectiveness.
During
2007,
Dr.
Chambers
will
be
assisting
COMMON
with
its
renewed
focus
on
leadership
among
IT
professionals.
In
addition
to
serving
on
the
Leadership
and
Advocacy
Team,
he
will
also
serve
as
Project
Manager
for
the
new
Leadership
and
Professional
Development
initiative.
In
addition
to
his
work
at
IOL,
Dr.
Chambers
serves
as
a
doctoral
faculty
member
at
the
School
for
Advanced
Studies
at
the
University
of
Phoenix,
the
Church
of
God
Theological
Seminary
in
Tennessee,
and
the
Atlanta
Institute.
He
and
his
wife,
Lynette,
live
in
the
North
Georgia
Mountains
where
they
love
to
write
and
spend
time
in
the
outdoors
with
family
and
friends.
