Goodson
is
a
Advisory
Software
Engineer
with
the
Rochester
Support
Center.
He
first
joined
IBM
in
1984
where
he
worked
in
hardware
development
in
the
Entry
System
Division,
working
on
the
then
new
IBM
offering,
the
IBM
PC.
He
moved
to
Raleigh
North
Carolina
taking
a
Manufacturing
engineering
role
on
the
same
product
line.
Scott
has
been
working
in
the
Rochester
Support
Center
for
the
last
12
year.
In
his
tour
of
duty
with
the
Rochester
Support
Center
he's
put
in
time
supporting:
iSeries
Access
for
Windows;
iSeries
Navigator;
Operations
Console;
Business
Partner
and
Partner
World;
Early
Ship
Support
and
HMC
on
the
iSeries.
He
currently
is
the
Teamlead
for
the
HMC
Support
team
in
Rochester
and
considred
to
be
one
of
two
HMC
Product
Engineers
supporting
the
iSeries.
