Vasta
is

With
17
years
of
IT
Data
Center
and
iSeries
experience
under
his
belt
it's
no
wonder
he
has
an
opinion
about
everything
IT.
David
grew
up
in
the
interesting
town
of
Savannah,
GA.
He
now
lives
in
Charlotte,
NC
where
he
work
as
the
Lotus
Notes
Administration
Team
Lead
over
North
America
at
Atlas
Copco.
There
have
been
many
systems
and
many
companies
in
David's
past.
He
has
worked
for
the
likes
of
IBM,
REAL,
Cingular,
Vistar
and
Roma
Foods.
David
spent
over
2
years
working
on
a
UNIX
Certification
for
Administration
at
Kennesaw
State
University
and
currently
is
back
in
College
working
on
his
forgotten
degree.
David
picked
up
Linux
over
10
years
ago
and
is
still
learning
new
things every
day
about
one
of
his
favorite
OS's.
Linux
is
young
and
exciting
to
see
the
changes
and
mutations
in
Linux
and
he
plans
to
be
apart
of
that life
cycle.
He
found
Ubuntu
about
a
year
ago
and
has
made
it
a
mission
to
preach
the
gospel
of
Ubuntu
to
anyone
who
is
willing
to
listen. He
is
also
a
fan
of
Apple's
UNIX,
MacOSX
and
has
been
known
to
have
a
few
FreeBSD
Servers
in
his
office
at
home.
He
loves
to
share
with
other
his
passion
and
knowledge
of
anything
in and
around
technology.
He
is
really
looking
forward
to speak
at
COMMON
and
share
with
others
his
passion
for
technology
and admiration
for
the
System
i
and
Linux.
