Charles B. McClelland
Chip McClelland is a Senior Marketing Manager for IBM Business Systems Division - the mid-market focused unit of IBM's Systems and Technology Group. He sets the Marketing and Business strategy and leads a team that selects target markets and manages the portfolio of offerings to serve them. Before joining IBM in 2001, he was a Brand Manager at Procter & Gamble where he led the development and introduction of brands in the Food & Beverage Sector. Prior to that, he was an infantry officer and a weapons systems engineer in the United States Marine Corps. Chip graduated from the US Naval Academy and has a Master's degree in Systems Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School.
