Glenn Rose
Glenn joined IBM in 1968 in the Data Processing Division and has held sales, support and staff positions. He has been with the Printing Systems Company since 1993. Prior to joining the IBM Printing Systems Company he was an Advisory Systems Engineer specializing in the AS/ 400. His expertise includes printing to both distributed and production printers and the AS/ 400 interface to network and host environments..

Since joining the Printing Systems Company he has worked directly and indirectly with large and small customers. His responsibilities have been in sales, support and service roles. He has continued to specialize in the AS/ 400, but has worked with all IBM Platforms.

He has assisted customers in the development and design of printing solutions from conception to completion. He spent 18 months in Network Printer Support interfacing with national and international customers assisting them in identifying problems, needs and requirements. He has help customers implement large distributed printing networks as well as first time customers understand the AS/ 400 installation requirements.

He currently is assigned to market support with direct responsibility for AS/ 400 Printing. In addition to supporting business shows, Glenn is a frequent presenter for briefings and conferences. Additional responsibilities include teaching AS/ 400 Printing classes.
