This session will provide a comprehensive overview of MySQL on i5/ OS. Specific topics in this session will include the installation and configuration of MySQL as well as backup and recovery, replication and clustering. Additional topics will include Security, Access Control and Privileges. This session will also introduce the concept of MySQL storage engines including the DB2 storage engine.
