This session shows how i5/ OS developers can easily create professional business Web applications that feature a great looking Web interface. In this session, learn about EGL and its capabilities to create Web applications that use business data on i5/ OS. We will show how EGL allows working with existing DB2 for i5/ OS data definitions so they can be re-used when creating Web applications. We will also show how to access the data on i5/ OS when running these Web applications. As part of a demo, we will also explore the rich EGL tooling available in IBM products to create Web interfaces quickly. For i5/ OS developers, EGL is an easy to learn language that provides optimal integration with existing i5/ OS applications.
