Linux on System i provides a flexible/ vibrant platform for the implementation of cutting-edge infrastructure and e-business solutions including file serving, network infrastructure (DNS, DHCP, Firewall), database connectivity and web front ending existing DB2 for i5/ OS data sources.  This lab provides the opportunity to become more familiar with general Linux features as well as configuration of the Sytem i for implementation of Linux-based solutions.
