For many people, their job is the biggest cause of stress in their life. On the work front, problems with co-workers, treacherous commutes, impending deadlines, and long hours can be extremely stressful. Increasingly, scientific research links stress to a variety of health problems, both physical and psychological. In today's fast-paced society, the combination of stress and relief may seem contradictory. So, what can you do to help eliminate stress and bring a sense of balance into your life?
