Process for Conference Registration and Hotel Reservations

Pre-registration for the Fall 2006 Conference has closed.

You can register on-site. COMMON registration is located in the Level 1, Exhibit Hall A Lobby area in the Miami Beach Convention Center.

COMMON's pricing policy is structured to encourage attendees to stay in our official conference hotels by offering a lower registration to those who do. Attendees who book their reservation through COMMON's Housing Bureau ultimately help COMMON meet its hotel contractual obligations for the conference. IMPORTANT NOTE: The deadline for reserving hotel rooms through the COMMON Housing Bureau was August 24, and our housing blocks in Miami Beach are closed.

Following is a list of available hotels that are near the Miami Beach Convention Center or close to one of our Shuttle bus stops.(The shuttle will stop at the Marriott South Beach, the Loews Miami Beach Hotel and the Doubletree SurfComber.) Note that these are not COMMON Conference Hotels and COMMON does not have negotiated rates at the listed hotels.

Also note that because you are registering for the conference after our blocks have closed, if you are not able to make hotel accommodations directly at one of the official COMMON Conference Hotels, only the Non-Conference Hotel Registration rate is available to attend the conference.
