Please read all information on this page before you register for Labs.

Register for Labs and Integrated Seminars

Information on Lab Sessions - Information on Integrated Seminars

Separate registration is required for Labs and Integrated Seminars in addition to conference registration. However, there is no additional cost for these sessions.

*Please note that conference registration must be completed before you can register for a COMMON Lab or Integrated Seminar.

You can verify your Lab registration status from this page by clicking the "Register for Labs" link found above. You can also verify your registration onsite at the conference. If you want to change or cancel a Lab registration, do so at the Lab Registration Desk in the Registration Area at the Miami Beach Convention Center, via COMMON's Cyber Corner onsite, or via any other Internet connection through COMMON's home page.

OPEN Labs do not require registration.  Seats are strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.

If you didn't register for a Lab before the conference, you may do so onsite at the Lab Registration Desk or by using Cyber Corner. Onsite Lab registration is subject to availability.

The number of seats available in Labs is limited. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis, and the number of Labs for which any one attendee can pre-register is restricted. The restrictions are as follows:

1.Attendees may register for up to three Labs in advance of the day of the conference.

2.If registering after the start of the conference, you may select any number of Labs that are still open on the day you register and up to three Labs on subsequent conference days.  For example, on Monday you may register for any Labs open on Monday and up to three more labs for the following days.  You are restricted to a total of ten labs per conference.

3.On Tuesday of the conference, IBM employees may begin registering for available Labs offered Tuesday through Thursday.

4. You must be in your seat five minutes prior to the scheduled start of the Lab or your seat is subject to forfeiture. If your seat is forfeited, you will not be allowed entrance to that Lab session.

5. Forfeited seats will be offered to individuals who may be standing by for a Lab. If a Lab you wish to attend is full, you should wait outside the room in the event that a seat becomes available.

6. If you are unable to attend a Lab for which you registered, please cancel your seat at the Lab Registration Desk so that it may be offered to other interested attendees.
