Guests at COMMON Conferences

Registered guests of attendees are welcome at COMMON conferences. Guest passes are available for $125 each, and enable guests to attend Opening Session, COMMON User Discussion Groups (CUDs) and the Closing Event, as well as the COMMON Expo. Registered guests must be 12 years of age or older. Before purchasing a guest pass, please check COMMON's guest policy below.

You may also secure an Expo-only pass, which gives access to the Expo hall. These are only available on-site and are $20 per person.

Guest Participation Policy

COMMON will provide a guest hospitality area and welcome guests to attend conferences for a set fee.

Guest may attend sessions where their host attendee is a presenter.

Guests may attend guest or general sessions.

Attendance at any other session would require the specific approval of the guest manager in advance of a session, on a session by session basis.

Guests may only submit requirements to general committees, i.e. non-projects.

Guests are encouraged to participate in general volunteer activities, with the exception of Course of Study specific requirements.
