With the introduction of IBM's POWER5-based servers, AIX 5L can run on the latest generation of iSeries servers: the eServer i5. This session will review how and why iSeries customers are consolidating their OS/ 400 and UNIX workloads as well as deploying new AIX 5L-based applications on eServer i5 servers. This session will discuss dynamic logical partitioning, storage virtualization, and review customer case studies.
