NEW for the Fall 2005 COMMON Conference is Tuesday evening's Professional Development Night.
Tuesday, September 20, has been selected as the night to showcase four of COMMON's top professional development speakers: Randall Munson, Trevor Perry, Bob Tipton and Wayne Madden.
In order to attend one of these concurrently held sessions, COMMON is going to make it fun by asking that you obtain four specific trading cards. Yes, four trading cards. Every conference attendee will receive four random cards, and you will have to trade, beg or barter with other conference attendees for the four specific ones you need in order to attend one of these dynamic sessions. Those crafty attendees who manage to collect all four trading cards can choose which session they would like to attend:
Wayne Madden .- “Making Time for Change” Randall Munson – “The Serious Business of HUMOR! ” Trevor Perry – “ Get A Life!” Bob Tipton – “ Untangled Talking and Power Listening”
The professional development sessions will be preceded by a networking hour with light refreshments. Don't miss the debut of this special event! Here is a preliminary schedule for the evening:
4:45 p.m. - Sessions end for the day
5:00 p.m. - Social gathering with light refeshments and soft drinks
5:30 p.m. - Four Professional Development sessions begin
6:30 p.m. - Sessions end and the COMMON User Discussion Social (CUDS) begins
