At COMMON, we are constantly striving to improve the experience our exhibitors have while they attend the COMMON IT Education Conference and Expo. Over the past conferences, we have made numerous improvements to add value to the Expo, such as, the addition of attendee lunches in the Expo Hall, increased "Expo only" hours, and the creation of the Expo Advisory Council, to name just a few.

Our goal is to provide each exhibitor with opportunities to increase their overall visibility with each COMMON attendee.

To accomplish this, we are offering exhibitors an opportunity to have more than just an exhibit booth at COMMON. Starting at the Spring 2004 COMMON Conference, COMMON has implemented a new exhibit fees structure designed to offer added options for increased exposure. There are now three exhibit rate categories: the COMMON ELITE Exhibitor, the COMMON Corporate Exhibitor, and the COMMON General Exhibitor. The benefits and fees are outlined below.

We hope you will recognize the significant additional value of partnering with COMMON in areas outside of Expo and become an ELITE Exhibitor.

COMMON
ELITE Exhibitor*		 $1250.00. Exhibitors pay $29.50 per square foot plus $100 per open corner for each conference in the calendar year.

*must be a COMMON Corporate Member to participate.		 * Fee grants ELITE Exhibitor status for one full conference year. All COMMON ELITE rate benefits are listed below.

Corporate Exhibitor		 $395.00 (annually) Corporate Membership, $33.50 per square foot plus $100 per open corner. General benefits of exhibiting at COMMON, plus one full conference corporate badge.
COMMON
General Exhibitor		 $35.50 per square foot plus $100 per open corner. General benefits of exhibiting at COMMON.

As a COMMON ELITE Exhibitor you receive the following added benefits:

  • One additional exhibiting point for the lottery in that current calendar year, non-cumulating, non-transferable, etc.A pin on your badge that identifies you as an ELITE exhibitor.An emblem for your booth that says ELITE Exhibitor.An emblem in a JPEG for use on exhibitor’s website.A special posting of all ELITE Exhibitors, on a meter-high board, at the Expo Entrance and at Registration saying "look for the emblem", that designates all ELITE Exhibitors.
  • Name and company logo displayed in the following manner:
    • On COMMON Web site - with link to exhibitor’s web site with logo
    • COMMON Conference Daily on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday of the conference
    • Conference and Expo Guide
  • A one page flier listing all ELITE Exhibitors and their booth location will be placed in conference registration bags."Priority" option to do a Vendor Session.
  • Preferred advertising rate in COMMON's magazine, COMMON.CONNECT.
