is
a
Principal
with
MBS
Technologies,
a
Midwestern
consultancy
dealing
primarily
with
content
management
systems
and
integration
of
those
systems
with
business
processes
and
line
of
business
software.
His
experience
with
content
management
dates
back
20
years
when
he
was
a
member
of
the
team
who,
under
contract
to
IBM,
developed
the
prototype
for
a
software
system
that
ultimately
became
part
of
the
IBM
Content
Manager
family
of
products.
Over
that
tenure
he
has
developed
and
integrated
a
number
of
advanced
technologies
including
document
creation,
character
recognition,
records
management
and
work
flow
management,
in
addition
to
the
key
technology
of
managing
unstructured
data.
Randy
is
also
a
member
of
the
COMMON
North
America
Board
of
Directors
and
currently
serves
as
the
organization's
president.
